While we were on our number hunt, we found a baby bird that had fallen from it's nest. We could hear the mother bird calling for her baby. We got a long pole and carefully put the baby bird back into the tree. It's parents helped it back up the tree.
what an exciting discovery, it's lucky you found that baby bird & safely returned it to it's birdy mama isn't it. i wonder what might have happened to it if you hadn't come along on your number hunt that day???
